Job Description
Job Role
To manage the business development, service design, quality & sustainability of the assigned digital channels/products to deliver the agreed digital roadmap; to work closely with business lines to achieve the agreed financial target, channel usage, migration plans, customer satisfactions score & brand image.
Responsibilities
1.Strategy
•To define a clear channel strategy and a channel evolution roadmap considering global/local trends, business needs, customer experience and the overall digital bank vision.
2.Business Development & Operations
•To manage the business development/analysis and service design of CRs & projects on the assigned digital channels
•To define an attractive value proposition to improve the experience and performance of the assigned digital channels through new products, services & technology
•To execute day-to-day operations related to the assigned digital channels, including the system sustainability, channel performance & channel quality
•To work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute the campaigns related to the assigned digital channels
3.Change Delivery & Planning
•To manage the overall delivery of the assigned Digital channel portfolio, as defined by the digital roadmap within the required standards
•To ensure the alignment & synergy between the delivery planning of CRs/Projects & the achievement of the defined KPIs
•To work closely with the scrum master and Agile team, and to follow the Agile standards & methodology as directed
•To manage the work & the alignment with stakeholders including compliance and SAMA to obtain the required approvals
4.Customer Experience & Innovation
•To achieve the target NPS of digital channels, and to explore opportunities to enhance the customer experience
•To deliver/manage innovative ideas and value-added services on the assigned digital channels
•To ensure the alignment between the business requirements and the customer journey with any change.
5.Performance & Financial Monitoring
•To monitor the revenue generated by the digital channels
•To ensure the achievement of defined KPIs, including the financial targets
6.General
•To ensure the adherence to the banks processed and brand image

•Knowledge on the banking sector in KSA and the region
•Strong understanding/ experience in digital banking & digital channels
•Ability to build effective networks with BUs & stakeholders
•Strong verbal communication and storytelling skills
