Job Description
Job Role
To analyze and gather data & inputs related to Digital Channels, Products and Services in order to develop a good understanding of the business requirements and related operations; to ensure solutions recommended are feasible and aligned with digital strategy. To work closely with Agile team to define sprints and to document/manage user stories.
Responsibilities
Strategy
- To work closely with Channel Managers to support them to create the channel strategy and to strategic initiatives & digital roadmap
- Digital Business Analysis
- To prepare value proposition presentations around the identified enhancements/products and presents it to the stakeholders (Digital, Business Lines, Customer Experience, Technology & so on) for a common alignment
- To develop & own the Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) on digital channels, with full & deep understanding of the strategy & evolution of digital channels
- To liaise closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure a full and clear understanding of the digital business requirements, and to obtain their approvals
- To proactively identity continuous enhancements of business & system processes, digital policies and practices, and make recommendations about products and features that would support a positive, secure and efficient business value & customer experience
- To work closely with the Channel Manager/Product Owner in an agile manner to develop and review user stories
Change Delivery & Planning
- To work closely with the channel manager to support them in prioritizing the backlog related to their digital channel
- To work closely with the scrum master and Agile team, and to follow the Agile standards & methodology as directed
Customer Experience & Innovation
- To support the channel managers to achieve the target NPS of digital channels, and to explore opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- To work closely with with the customer journey manager to ensure the alignment with the BRD
Performance & Financial Monitoring
- To Identify and uses key financial and digital indicators necessary to measure business performance on the channel
- To monitor and evaluate the performance d and business impacts of the CRs/BRDs
- To support channel managers to achieve the defined KPIs, including the financial targets
General
- To ensure the adherence to the banks processed and brand image

- Knowledge on the banking sector in KSA and the region
- Strong understanding/ experience in digital banking & digital channels
- Excellent understanding and exposure to Technology
- Ability to build effective networks with BUs & stakeholders

Technical
- In-depth knowledge in Business Writing & Business requirements / Analysis
- Knowledge in project management
