● Support sponsorship and partnership plans for SAIB, finding suitable partners, managing contracts, and making sure plans are carried out successfully to boost brand visibility and meet business goals.
● Participate in organizing key client events by initiating activation campaigns, setting event guidelines, managing event finances, managing logistics, and organizing ticket distribution to ensure smooth execution and high participation.
● Document and support loyalty programs aimed at keeping customers and improving their satisfaction, implementing strategies to reward loyalty while fitting in with SAIB's overall business objectives.
● Work with internal teams to plan and carry out major events and campaigns that highlight SAIB's offerings and brand values to target audiences.
● Understand and follow clearly articulated guidance on how to complete assigned tasks, ensuring alignment with sub-functional goals.
● Utilize allocated resources efficiently to complete tasks as per defined standards and within process boundaries.
● Comply with established policies, processes, and procedures to ensure work accuracy and consistency.
● Address simple, recurring issues independently while escalating complex challenges to the appropriate stakeholders.
● Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies in routine activities.
● Actively participate in pre-defined development initiatives, leveraging organizational resources to enhance skills and knowledge.
