One of SAIB's main goals has been to create a Life Long Learning environment within our organization for the benefit of our staff. Life Long Learning is vital to the success of modern organizations as rapidly changing technology requires that employees demonstrate the competencies necessary to cope with continuously changing new processes and procedures in their businesses. The complexities of a competitor market make it necessary for managers, as well as employees, to be prepared for new and demanding assignments. New, young generation joiners to an organization, are more attracted to an environment that focuses on developing staff in order to create very successful career paths for future leaders.
SAIB L & D have designed a number of Graduate Programs that target young Saudi graduates whilst, at the same time regularly renewing and reviewing the training needs of existing employees. Furthermore, we have established SAIB's E- learning, and E- library portal which is accessible to all employees. SAIB Life Long Learning is a key factor in developing our staff and which will ensure our successful growth in a sustainable manner.
