The Saudi Investment Bank’s Graduate Development Program (SGDP) is a structured, one-year development journey designed to equip high-potential Saudi graduates with the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to launch a successful career in banking. The program combines functional rotations (On-the-job training), technical and behavioral training, and a graduation project aligned with SAIB’s strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured training and development activities covering financial, operational, and digital banking skills.
• Rotate across various business units to gain broad exposure and cross-functional experience.
• Engage in strategic projects and contribute to real business challenges.
• Complete assessments, presentations, and a final graduation project.
